The Volcanic Eruption Of Surf was the Kilaueas' first demo cd, recorded back in 1998 and 1999. The 16 tracks were believed to be lost for quite a while but could now be saved from the only cd-rom which made it through the past 20 years.
Most of the tunes were recorded live, some on the band's very first gig at Mr. Banana Records in Stuttgart/Germany in 1998 ("Out Of Limits" , "Lonely Bullshit" and "Bumble Kilauea").
It's not restored, digitally remastered or whatever - just raw and kickin'!
