FAQs:

1.) Where do the database titles come from?

All the titles are exclusively provided to Allscore by many different rights owners for worldwide licence agency. The range of clients reaches from single composers and musicians to big publishing and record companies.

2.) Why no fixed prices and complete online processing?

The titles offered by Allscore are almost exclusively premium titles, which have already been released on cds/lps or in soundtracks. It can NOT be compared with so-called library or production music, which has been produced just for possible background use.
The spectrum of our repertoire reaches from "Morricone" to the "Computerjockeys", from "La Bamba" to "Zombi". It's impossible to measure all these different titles by the same yardstick.

3.) How expensive is licensing from Allscore?

As said above the licence fee for each title has to be settled individually. It depends on the certain title as well as on the terms of use. At this Allscore always endeavors to bring the ideas of the licensee and the rights owners together.
There is NO extra charge for Allscore's services!
These are satisfied solely by commission from the rights owners.

4.) How to contribute music to the database?

Generally we're interested in a permanent diversification of the Allscore database.
But before getting in touch please read the following:
Due to the masses of demos and mail we can not handle e-mails with links to soundfiles, websites etc. As well we kindly ask to refrain from undemanded sending of mp3s etc.
Also we can't re-send cds or anything sent to us without being asked.
Anyway, we give all cds a listen.
If we're interested in using your music we will get in touch with you. This can take a while...
